Storm LWB Pop-Top Roof — Installation Complete

The Storm LWB pop-top roof is now fitted to this VW Transporter T6.1. It is a front-elevating design: the roof lifts at the front, giving standing headroom through the living area and extra ventilation when parked, then closes down to a low profile for driving.

The shell is finished in black to contrast with the white bodywork, and the canvas is grey scenic canvas with window panels. The photographs below show the roof closed and raised from the front, side and rear.

The M1-tested bi-fold roof bed for the upper sleeping area is a planned component and has not been fitted yet. Thinking about a roof for your own van? See our pop-top roof installation service.

A Potteries Camper Co stock vehicle

This is a Potteries Camper Co stock vehicle that we own and are converting for sale, not a customer vehicle. It is being built to the same standards as a customer conversion and will be offered for sale once completed. If you would like to see it while the work is in progress, get in touch and we will arrange a viewing.

12-month workmanship guarantee

The work we carry out is covered by a 12-month Potteries Camper Co workmanship guarantee. If something we have fitted fails because of the way it was installed, bring the van back and we will put it right.

This covers our installation work only. Equipment such as roofs, heaters, fridges, batteries and electrical components carries its own manufacturer warranty, and we will help you make a claim where one applies. Any mechanical or third-party warranty supplied with a stock vehicle will be stated on that vehicle’s advert. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
